Keith started in the hospitality field in 1999 as an independent manufacturer’s representative. His tenacity, curiosity and honest approach allowed him to quickly grow the business. Today KM-Associates represents some of the top names in the hospitality industry. Keith's extensive product knowledge and ability to navigate fast-paced environments has cultivated strong relationships with key design firms, purchasing agents and hotel owners. Keith embraces the day-to-day challenges and is an expert at streamlining the design and specifying process. Keith received his Master’s Degree in Finance from Barry University.
Mike has over 30 years of sales, service, and operational experience. Mike started in hospitality as an Account Executive for a major telecommunications company and in 2010 joined forces with Keith to form KM-Associates. His ability to see a project through from start to finish, tackling any obstacles, allows him to ensure that jobs are completed on time and on budget. His expertise in his product lines enables him to support vendor selections for specific projects. Mike's enthusiasm, honesty, and winning personality help build and maintain strong relationships with his clients. Mike has been focusing his time and efforts in central and west coast of Florida. Mike is an industry member of NEWH.
Carol brings 24 years of experience to KM-Associates. Carol oversees all of KM-Associates financial controls and accounting areas with a critical eye on control, consistency and continuous improvement to all areas of KM-Associates' business platform.
Carol is involved in a variety of local charitable and civic organizations. She loves to spend her free time traveling and with her husband, daughter, and dog.
Vincent is a recent graduate from Florida International University and the newest member of the team. He brings a strong work ethic and unparalleled integrity to the office every day, and is determined to ensure the success of the firm. For fun, Vincent enjoys playing basketball and sharing a good conversation with friends.
Nick is the newest addition to the team. He will be assisting
in the office with project managers for all vendors. He is very detailed oriented and brings a great work ethic and desire to see the company grow. He also brings great people skills and
excellent organization skills. In his spare time Nick enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
Samantha has over 10 years of experience in sales and procurement. She kicked off her career in the retail industry as a Merchandiser where she quickly transitioned to other departments gaining valuable expertise in supply chain management, procurement and operations management. While working, Samantha decided to leverage her Entrepreneur skillset and opened a boutique in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2016 where she further refined her expertise in custom design and product development. Aside from Samantha’s uncanny desire to succeed, she always meets her client’s needs and provides ongoing communication and transparency to ensure deadlines are met. Samantha is currently located in Charlotte with clients throughout the Carolinas and prepared for expansion to neighboring states.
